Listing your property with Hye Memorial is easy and affordable.


Here's how it works:


Listing with us is quick and easy! From the second you call in, our licensed professionals will do their best to make sure everything is done properly. Because there are not many licensed, independent cemetery brokers, we are positive that our experienced staff will make the listing process as simple as possible.

Contact us with your property information including the name of the owner(s), cemetery where plot is located, Lot#, Section Name, & Space#.

We will verify the information you provided us with the cemetery, check the competitive market, find out how much your property is valued at in the second hand cash market, and get back to you with results as well as suggestions on how much you can sell your plot for.

After we decide on a selling price, whether over the phone or in person, we will provide you with all of the necessary documents to sign and notarize.

When all the paperwork is done and in hand, Hye Memorial will start officially representing you and your best interest. Our sales representatives will start marketing your property to our clients, partners, mortuaries, funeral directors, etc.

When your property is sold, Hye Memorial will send you the check within 1-3 business days.

We advertise Hye Memorial Inc. on local and statewide TV channels, in local newspapers, internet ads, and cold calling. We truly put a lot of effort and energy into selling our listing(s) and/or your cemetery plot(s) if listed with us.

The listing of your property is free! After your property is sold, we will charge a $250 paperwork processing fee.
